Mobility

The shallow draught of our vessels allows mooring both at a marina and on the wild bank of a river or lake. For those who want to travel and arrive in a different place every day, each of our houseboats can be equipped with aluminium floats with a propulsion and a steering wheel, thus turning the house on the water into a luxury catamaran with accommodation. The specially designed, separate construction of the house and the floating platform allows it to be set up anywhere on land.

Technology

We recommend the cross-laminated timber (CLT) system for building houseboats, ensuring the best results in terms of load capacity, strength, aesthetics and ease of use. The latest glued laminated timber technology allows it to be used in all conditions and in many non-standard shapes. Our houseboats can also be made in aluminium or steel, depending on your needs.

We use unsinkable floats, integrated with the floating platform, ensuring exceptional stability on the water, thus increasing the safety of the entire vessel.

Design

Each of our floating houses has been designed by an experienced constructor and our team of architects have given it a distinctive design. Interior designs are „tailor-made”, adapted to the tastes of our clients. In each case, we can tailor the spatial layout and equipment to individual needs and budget.
